A 10-day tour featuring two of Austria's most beautiful cities - Innsbruck and Salzburg - and exploring the stunning Alpine scenery that surrounds them both.

This itinerary can be followed at any time of year - the spring months see meadows of Alpine flowers and rushing rivers full of clear melt-water; the summer brings the best weather for walking and the clearest skies for mountain views; the autumn may not be as good weather-wise but seasonal produce such as chestnuts, locally-grown wines and pumpkins are in all the restaurants and street stands, and finally the winter covers the mountians with the famous decking of snow.
