Japan

Japan is a country like no other - where the largest city in the world meets landscapes almost untouched by time, whose people are passionat about the new and yet simultaneously deeply traditional, and where some of the most advanced trains in the world speed you at lightning seed through rice paddies planted by hand. Although Japan is one of the world's great economies and its culture and cuisine have become increasingly fashionable, the country remains little-known to tourists, especially outside of Tokyo and the immediate area.
